Weight Loss
I hate Diets! I hate the diet industry that makes millions preying on people's misery & despair. Diets don't work, they may work for a short period while you are strictly exercising willpower but as humans, we aren't great at sustaining that willpower. Eventually, will power and the novelty of the new diet wears off and you are back to your old ways, feeling like a failure yet again.
01
They are unrealistic requiring you to eat certain foods, banning others, and sometimes require you to eat foods you don't even particularly like, and they don't always fit in with your daily life.
02
Diets focus you entirely on food, either counting calories, grams of fat etc. People then spend most of the day thinking about what they can and can't have to eat, well it's difficult to not eat when you are continually focused on food and feeling deprived.
03
Almost all dieters have experienced the "what the hell" moment...they've been doing well then they may be broken their diet with a couple of biscuits which then triggers the "what the hell" I've broken it now I may as well eat the packet and start again tomorrow! Sound familiar?
The 3 Barriers
Diets don't work for many reasons, but here are 3 common ones you might recognise:
Food Habits
Research shows most diets end up leading people to gain weight, not lose it! How you eat is a habit, you might eat for comfort, as a reward, through boredom or stress, or you might just be eating "mindlessly" these are ingrained patterns that are carried out unconsciously, as hypnotherapy works at the unconscious level it is an ideal way to help change these habits naturally.

After looking at your particular habits and attitudes towards food, I will design specific sessions to help you break away from the old patterns for good, and free you from that old constant battle with weight, enabling you to claim that filter, a healthier slimmer body you desire, as your confidence and energy naturally increase.
